Laureate head right.
Rev: ΔOKI - MEΩN.
Kybele standing facing; lion to left and right.

Cf. RPC I 3212/3213 (for obv./rev.); RPC Supp. -.

RPC 3212 and 3213 feature the same reverse type, but the former includes the magistrate's name. The latter is an issue of Nero as caesar, so this would appear to be a muling of the two types. Very rare
